Internet has really turned the world into a global village. Documents, information and other files located on computers are connected through the internet and therefore the whole world can now be interconnected with one another.
Indeed the installation of a website in our municipality is a welcome and remarkable development. We recognize and laud the importance of having one data bank that would link us to the rest of the world.
We are aware that we live in a perplexing trying time. The nation today is witnessing profound changes, but I firmly believed that in these problems lie the most serious changes and their resolution lies the greatest opportunities and globally linking ourselves to the rest of the world via internet in by no means an opportunity.
We also believed that the only permanent thing in this world is change and the construction of website in our municipality is hopefully be an avenue for all of us to change for the better.
