"A resolution authorizing Hon. Ricardo C. Silverio, Municipal Mayor, for and in behalf of the Municipal Government of San Rafael herein referred to as "LGU" to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement with Filinvest Land, Inc. represented herein by its president Jose M. Yap herein referred to as "FLI" in connection with the proposal of the "FLI" to donate to the "LGU" a parcel of land within its Alta Vida Subdivision in Barangay San Roque, San Rafael, Bulacan that maybe used as a school site for Bulacan State University subject to certain terms, covenants and condition."
