To : To All Qualified San Rafaeleno Mothers

All Would-be mothers are invited to join the municipality's search for "Mutya ng mga Buntis 2008". The contest will be held on July 22, 2008 from 8:00am to 12:00 noon at the Gabaldon Building., San Rafael Central School.
Qualifications for the search are as follows: 5 to 9 mos. of pregnancy; complete vaccination record (pink card); practicing birth spacing of 2-3 yrs.; pre-natal visit card from the Rural Health Unit or private doctor; 21-35 years old.
Interested parties should apply to Dr. Ma. Cristina Vergel de Dios, Dr. Judith Sadam and either the Lingkod Lingap sa Nayon or Mother Leader Volunteer in their barangay.

Note: Kung di pa kayo buntis, magpabuntis nalang kayo kay Mayor.
