Mass Oath Taking of Newly Elected Barangay Officials

The oath taking of all newly elected Sangguniang Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan officials in San Rafael will be held on November 29, 2007. It will be held at the historic San Rafael Church at Poblacion where a conselebrated mass to be officiated by Right Rev. Msgr. Filemon M. Capiral, HP, Rev. Fr. Mario L. Mendiola, Rev. Fr. Norberto A. Gagui, Rev. Fr. Rogelio A. Cruz. Rev. Fr. Rainniele P. Pineda.
The formal oath taking of the Sangguniang Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan officials will follow right after the mass. Hon. Gov. Joselito R. Mendoza, Congresswoman Lorna C. Silverio, DILG Provincial Director Mrs. Lourdes V. Pandico, Mayor Ricardo C. Silverio, Vice Mayor Rino V. Castro and outgoing ABC president Cipriano V. Violago, Jr. will grace the occasion.
Right after the oath taking ceremonies, all guests and participants shall proceed to the mayor's residence since it is also Mayor Ricardo Silverio's 78th birthday.
