The Sacred Heart Credit and Development Cooperative opens a new branch office at Poblacion. The new office is just a few meters between the municipal hall and the San Juan de Dios Parish. Founded in August 4, 1968 through the initiative of Fr. Cenon Bernabe and Dr. Ernesto Veneracion as a community service project of the Knights of Columbus at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish starting with 25 members and a starting capital of 655.00 pesos.
It was registered at the Cooperative Administration Office on September 2, 1968.
It is now on its 40th year of service with more than 700 regular members, 400 associate members(depositors) from the 37 barangays of San Rafael, San Ildefonso and Candaba in Pampanga and capitalization of more than 25 million pesos.
