Mobile E-Passporting

In line with the 4th year anniversary of Mayor Ricardo C. Silverio as San Rafael's Chief Executive, the Mobile E-Passporting Program of the Department of Foreign Affairs will be conducted at the Municipality of San Rafael on July 5, 2008 at the Municipal Session Hall.
