Inaugural Session of the Sangguniang Bayan

The inaugural session of the Sangguniang Bayan of the Municipality of San Rafael was held last July 1, 2010. The guest list for the first session includes the Barangay Captains, SK Chairmen, Chief of Local and Municipal Offices, Barangay Tanod Chiefs and various Non-Government Organizations. The session was started with a simple program that saw the Vice Mayor and Presiding Officer, Cipriano D. Violago, Jr. fetch the Mayor, Lorna C. Silverio from the lobby of the Municipal Hall to the Session Hall of the Sangguniang Bayan. After the usual pre-session program and welcome address of the presiding officer, Mayor Lorna C. Silverio presented her Executive Agenda to the Sangguniang Bayan headed by Vice-Mayor Cipriano D. Violago, Jr. and SB Members Hon. Jaime S. Viceo, III, Hon. Francisco G. Viola, Jr., Hon. Socrates I. Estrella, Hon. Emmanuel F. Sabariaga, Hon. Peter Alvin A. Violago, Hon. Mark Gay P. Santos, Hon. Edlin M. Indon, Hon. Bernardo V. Roberto, Jr., ABC President, Hon. Mark Cholo I. Violago, and SK Federation President, Madel V. Estrella.
